Scope

This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit bravon.it.com, use forms, or interact with us. We process data in line with the GDPR and applicable national law.

Data we process

• Server logs (IP address, date/time, URL, user-agent) to maintain security and stability.
• Form submissions (e.g., name, email, company, instructions) when you submit a demo or contact form.
• Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted, cookie-free) for aggregate stats.
• Payments (if applicable) are processed by Stripe; Stripe may process identifiers and payment data.

Purposes & legal bases

• Operating the website & security — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
• Responding to requests / demo configuration — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract) or 6(1)(f).
• Analytics (Plausible) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (no cookies / no cross-site tracking).
• Payments (Stripe) — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligations, e.g., bookkeeping).
• Marketing emails (if you opt in) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent; revocable at any time).

Processors & recipients

• Netlify, Inc. — hosting, DNS, and form handling (submissions stored on Netlify).
• Plausible Insights OÜ — privacy-friendly analytics (EU).
• Stripe, Inc. and affiliates — payment processing (if/when you purchase).
• Other vendors under GDPR Art. 28 DPAs as needed.

Transfers outside the EEA (e.g., to the US) rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep server logs up to 30 days; form submissions up to 24 months; billing records per statutory obligations (usually 6–10 years).

Your rights

Cookies & tracking

We don’t use marketing cookies. Plausible is cookie-free. Embedded third-party content (if any) may set their own cookies — such content is loaded only when necessary.
